IGHR has issued a call for its IGHR 2026 Zoom Keepers.
We call those who volunteer to help monitor the virtual classroom a “Zoom Keeper.” IGHR Zoom Keepers assist faculty in the virtual classroom:
● admitting attendees to the classroom
● starting and stopping classroom recordings
● muting attendees when needed
● monitoring the course’s chat box
● helping an instructor with a breakout room, a poll, or other in classroom activities if needed
● contacting IGHR administrators when help is needed
If you are interested in being a Zoom Keeper for your IGHR 2026 course, please fill out this form, https://forms.gle/vy2YcDAzUAi7yHk5A with your name, email address, the name of the IGHR course you want to take (or you are already registered for), and any previous experience as a Zoom Keeper (for IGHR or another institute).
Candidates should be comfortable with using the Zoom tools for running a meeting. The last day to submit is Saturday, 28 February 2026. For those selected, IGHR will provide a video for Zoom Keepers Orientation and one-on-one help for anyone who needs questions answered.
Those selected to be Zoom Keepers will receive complimentary registration for IGHR 2026 (non-transferable and refunded if you have already registered for your course).
